Hello to all Members and followers of Gryffe Camera Club.
In the light of current Covid19 restrictions and with the aim of keeping Members, Speakers, Visitors and Judges protected from the risks involved with meetings, the Commitee have decided the following.
The Club will postpone starting up during the remainder of 2020.
The earliest date we anticipate re-commencing is 3rd February 2021.
The forward Programme from that date will be posted during January.
If, in the unlikely event that circumstances change, we see an opportunity to improve on this date, this will be advised.
As a Club, we will attempt to participate in any external Digital Competitions, to maintain the profile within the broader Photographic Community.
For members who are able to and wish to, there will be an invite sent out for a monthly open Zoom meeting, for conversation and discussion. Depending on it's success and attendance, this will be continued until we are able to return to meetings in the Carrick Centre.
The Facebook page will be happy to receive posts of Photographs, which can be shared with others.
Please continue to take photographs and of course observe safety measures when out and about.
